Die Woche beginnt mit Unternehmensverkauf.

Der Prozess geht weiter. Erste Gespräche haben stattgefunden, Angebote liegen schriftlich vor. Nun geht es an das Vergleichen dieser Angebote. Jedes ist anders, fokussiert was anderes und ist insgesamt anders zu bewerten. Wie soll übernommen werden? Jedes Asset einzeln oder die Anteile? Oder beides? Und wie soll der Ausstieg des aktuellen Unternehmers gestaltet werden? Mit oder ohne Übergangszeit? All dies zum Stichtag oder zu einem anderen Datum? Fragen auf die es von beiden Seiten eine Antwort braucht.

This week starts with company sales.

The process continues. Initial talks have taken place and written offers have been made. Now it's time to compare these offers. Each is different, focuses on something different and has to be evaluated differently overall. How should the company the business be transferred? Each asset individually or by shares? Or both? And how should the exit of the current entrepreneur be designed? With or without a transitional period? All this on the balance date or on another date? These are questions that need to be answered from both sides.
