Die Woche beginnt mit Unternehmensstrategie

Ein Unternehmer, der sich nach fünf Jahren wieder um einen Termin bemüht hat, will seine Unternehmensstrategie neu ausrichten. Um diesen Prozess zu starten, wird diese Woche ein erster Termin im Unternehmen Vorort stattfinden. Erster Schritt wird die Ist Situation des Unternehmens sein, zu analysieren wo das Unternehmen steht und um die vorhandenen Ressourcen herauszuarbeiten. In der Folge geht es um die Analyse der Umfeldfaktoren, der Zukunftsmöglichkeiten um dann konkret in die Zukunftsplanung einzusteigen und danach die Strategie am Weg dort hin zu erarbeiten. Am Ende dieses Prozesses wird es einen konkreten Umsetzungsplan in Text und Zahlen geben. Denn dieser mutige Schritt zu Zukunftserfolg muß finanziert werden können.
