Die Woche beginnt mit Fortbestandsprognose.

Das Unternehmen besteht seit 2016. Die vergangenen zwei Jahre hatten der Geschäftsentwicklung ziemlich zugesetzt. Die einst erstellten Pläne für die Jahre 2020 und 2021 sind nicht ansatzweise erreicht worden. Zahlt es sich aus weiterzumachen? Als Geschäftsführung muß es darauf eine dokumentierte Antwort geben. Der Mut, weiter zu “kämpfen”, besteht jedenfalls. Ist eine nachvollziehbare positive Entwicklung darstellbar? Dazu müssen die aktuellen Erwartungen für die Branche für 2022 und Folgejahre recherchiert werden. Was läßt sich aus heutiger Sicht für das Jahr erwarten? Welche konkreten Planzahlen ergeben sich für die kommenden sechs Wochen und das erste und zweite Quartal 2022?

The company is at the market since 2016. The last two years had quite an impact on the business development. The plans once made for 2020 and 2021 were missed by far. Is it economically wise to go on? As CEO it is essential to have a written answer to this. The courage to go on fighting is vital. But is a reasonable development educible? Therefor research into the expectations and forecasts for the branch must be made. What are the realistic results for the coming period ex ante? What concrete results are there for the coming six weeks and for the first and second Quarter of 2022?
