Die Woche beginnt mit einer Geschäftseröffnung.

Das Duo hat sich an mich gewandt, um ihr Geschäft zu planen. Herausforderung war die Finanzierung. Nach etwas mehr als ein dreiviertel Jahr ist das Unternehmen gegründet, der Standort gefunden und die ersten drei Jahre geplant. Der aussagekräftige Geschäftsplan hat sowohl die Bank als auch die Wirtschaftsagentur Wien überzeugt. Derartig aufgestellt ist das Vorhaben auch vollständig finanziert: ein Teil davon Fremdmittel, ein Teil davon Zuschußförderung und ein Teil ist Eigenkapital. Die Investitionen sind zusätzlich über die Investitionsprämie mitfinanziert.

This week starts with an opening of a business.

A duo commissioned me to advise them in their business planning. Challenge was the funding. After more than three quarters of this year the company is founded, the location is fixed and the first three business years are planned. The significant business plan convinced the bank and the Wirtschaftsagentur Wien. That is the reason why the project is fully funded: one part is loan; one part is transfer payment and the third part is equity. The investment is additionally funded by the Investitionsprämie.
