Die Woche beginnt mit Optimieren.

Das Unternehmen hatte zu seiner Gründung einen Businessplan erarbeitet und mich beratend hinzugezogen. Seit damals wird in den unterschiedlichen Wachstumsabschnitten der Businessplan aktualisiert. Dadurch reflektiert das Gründerduo seine aktuelle Situation und entwickelt den nächsten Idealzustand. So erwirken sie nicht nur Sicherheit ob der weiteren Schritte sondern überzeugen auch Fördergeldgeber und das weiterfinanzierende Bankinstitut ihres Vertrauens. Die aussagekräftigen Informationen sowohl zur historischen Entwicklung zum Istzustand und geplanten Maßnahmen und all dies inklusive Betriebskalkulation samt Mindestumsatz und Planzahlen der kommenden zwei Jahre sprechen für sich.

This week starts with optimisation.

The start up had its business plan, with me advising them, in the start up phase. Since then it updates it in all its change phases. They are reflecting their current situation and develop their next fit. That is how they get the feeling of security themselves and convince the subsidy funds and the financing bank institute as well. Informative data about the development, the status quo and the planed activities and all this translated into calculation including minimum turnover and the budget planning of the coming two fiscal years don’t need further argument.
