Von dem finanzierenden Bankinstitut empfohlen, kam das Startup Duo zu mir. Handel in einer absoluten Nische gestartet vor zwei Jahren. Der Markt hat das Produkt sehr gut angenommen, relevante amerikanische Medien berichten drüber. Nun kommt ein Globalplayer auf sie zu ihre Produkte doch auch international anzubieten. Neben allen Fragen die zu klären sind, steht eine im Mittelpunkt: wie genau ist die eigene Verkaufspreiskalkulation anzupassen? Da nun andere Bedingungen greifen werden, andere Positionen zu berücksichtigen sind, diese in einer geänderten Kalkulation abzubilden ist erfolgsentscheidend.
