Vor vielen Jahre wurde ich von diesem Unternehmen mit der Erarbeitung einer Unternehmensbewertung beauftragt. Letzte Woche nahm der Geschäftsführer Kontakt zu mir auf, um einen Termin zu erfragen. Es ginge um die aktuelle Situation des Unternehmens und sie wendeten sich an mich, da ich das Unternehmen von damals kenne. Die Lage sei extrem herausfordernd und die Frage ob sich weiter machen auszahlen würde, gilt es zeitnah zu beantworten. Noch in diesem Telefonat legte ich fest, welche Unterlagen die Steuerberatung des Unternehmens beibringen solle um eine Beurteilung zu ermöglichen. Geht es um Insolvenzgefahr, dann zählt jeder Tag um die Antwort auf die Frage nach dem Fortbestehen des Unternehmens zu finden.
