Nach vielen Jahren des gemeinsamen am selben Strang ziehen, ist es dann doch nicht mehr dieselbe Richtung. So muss ein Gesellschafter ausscheiden aus der GmbH. Was genau ist angemessen als Abgeltung? Welcher Austausch und welcher Prozess sind regelmäßig einzuplanen? Wie lange wird es dauern bis alle Verflechtungen gelöst sind? Und da ist dann noch das bestehende Arbeitsverhältnis.

After so many years of acting in concert the goals are not the same any more. So one of the partners has to leave the ltd society. What is the appropriate compensation? Which discussions have to be lead and what process is regularly to be considered? How long will it take until all ties are delinked? And there is still the employment contract.
