Der Vertrag will und will nicht zustande kommen. Die Erwartungen des Übergebers und des Nachfolgers passen immer noch nicht wirklich zusammen. Beide wollen sich nicht festlegen, was das Gesamtprojekt ziemlich in der Schwebe läßt. Obwohl 1.1.26 als Start in eine neue Äera geplant war, wird es sich nicht ausgehen. Welche Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten für Zahlungen eines noch immer nicht fixierten Kaufpreises wird Thema für den Termin mit dem interessierten Nachfolger/Käufer sein.

The contract does not want to come about. The expectations of the transferor and the successor still don't really match. Both do not want to commit themselves, which leaves the overall project pretty much in limbo. Although 1^st of January 2026 was planned as the start of a new era, it will not work out. What options for making payments of a purchase price that has not yet been fixed will be the subject of the appointment with the interested successor/buyer.
