Die Woche beginnt mit Neugründungsidee

Ein Duo überlegt ein neues Unternehmen zu gründen. Nahversorgung soll es werden. Die Idee von früher in die heutige Zeit übersetzen. Gesucht wird ein Standort in einem bestimmten Bezirksgrätzl. Nun gibt es genau dort einige kleine Lokale die zur Übernahme anstehen. Welche Daten sind diese  diese UnternehmerInnen bereit herzugeben? Haben diese realistische Vorstellungen davon, was eine Dritte bereit ist, für die Übenahme zu bezahlen? Und wichtig, ist den potentiellen GründerInnen bewußt, welcher konkreter Arbeitseinsatz für diese Art des Geschäfts erforderlich sein wird?

A duo is considering starting a new company. It shall be business in local supply. Translating the idea from the past to the present day. A location in a specific district is being sought. Now there are some small businesses right there that are up for takeover. What data are these entrepreneurs willing to give? Do they have realistic ideas about what a third party is willing to pay for the takeover? And importantly, are the potential founders aware of the concrete amount of work that will be required for this type of business?
