Im zweiten Schritt wird diese Zukunftsvorstellung in eine zahlenmäßige Planung übersetzt. Planung ist mit Unsicherheit behaftet, dessen ist sich der Unternehmer bewußt, trotzdem oder gerade deshalb ist diese Zukunftsplanung ein wichtiger Fahrplan.

Next step is to translate this future plan into a financial plan. The entrepreneurs is aware of the uncertainty of planning.
